Amanda Weil
“To walk is to notice.”
-Unkown
Amanda Weil has created a gallery wall of framed photographs from her slow morning city walks (something she has become known for among her friends and community), a yoga mat inviting a gentle stretch, and books that explore slow living and introspection. Each element reflects the daily permission she gives herself to slow down, turn inward, and listen to her heart, taking a moment to understand what she needs before meeting the world.
Health, intentional living, and movement have always been at the center of Amanda’s life. In recent years, a recurring injury shifted her from fast-paced running to daily walks. Walking has given her more than running ever could.
Born and raised in Montreal, I’ve always been guided by a deep passion for health, movement, and meaningful connection. With a long-standing career at lululemon as a community connector and program manager, I’ve learned to thrive at the intersection of people, purpose, and possibility.
My core values - health, contribution, adventure, and growth - shape how I move through the world and how I show up for others. A lover of nature and photography, I find creativity and clarity in the wild. Whether through a workout, an honest conversation, or a shared experience, my greatest joy lies in bringing people together.
In recent years, a long-standing injury asked me to pause my running practice and invited walking into my life instead. What began as a compromise became a daily ritual of stillness and self-discovery. Walking has transformed me: slowing me down, grounding me, and giving me space to turn inward each morning.
As a Manifesting Generator, I’m here to create, connect, and move through life with intention, always guided by curiosity, energy, and heart.
